I am so happy to share this next one, as Caroline and Oliver are very special to me. I first met Caroline about a year after I moved to Charleston where we were roommates for about 2 years. She is such a giver and I cherish all of the time we were able to spend together before she "left the nest." When I met "Big O", I thought to myself that "he is the epitome of a southern gentlemen!" He's a bowtie wearin', whisky drinkin' hunting, fishing, football kind of guy.
..And it was actually a Georgia Bulldogs football game party where they first met several years ago.
Their early April wedding day was perfect. Despite "April showers" in the forecast, there was not an ounce of rain in sight and that church - St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Macon - might be one of the prettiest churches I've seen in a while. We ended up using every inch of that church for their pictures; running all over the place chasing the beautiful light as it reflected and bounced around the gorgeous architecture. Caroline looked absolutely stunning in her Jenny Packham gown and veil from White on DI and Oliver just as dapper in his custom tuxedo and bow tie. Her bouquet of white english roses and hydrangeas was simple yet elegant. These two are a perfect for each other and I am so glad I was able to be there as a friend and their wedding photographer. Congratulations, you two!
