The Experience
Engagement sessions are photographed throughout Charleston’s most iconic and intimate settings — historic downtown Charleston, Sullivan’s Island at golden hour, Isle of Palms shoreline, Mount Pleasant marsh views, and Kiawah Island’s quiet coastline. As a Charleston engagement photographer, my approach blends documentary storytelling with refined, editorial composition to create imagery that feels effortless, romantic, and timeless.
Full engagement sessions allow space to slow down and move naturally rather than rushing through poses. Coverage includes up to 90 minutes of photography, thoughtful location planning, styling guidance, a blend of film and digital imagery, and a curated online gallery of professionally edited high-resolution images. Heirloom albums and fine art print options are available.
Engagement sessions begin at $1,400, with most couples investing between $1,400 and $2,200 depending on location and film integration.
Petite Proposal & Engagement Session
As a Charleston engagement photographer, I frequently photograph proposals and engagement sessions in downtown Charleston, Waterfront Park, Isle of Palms, Sullivan’s Island, Mount Pleasant, and Kiawah Island. Each session is designed to feel natural, romantic, and timeless.
For those planning a surprise proposal in Charleston, I offer a petite engagement session designed specifically for the moment you get down on one knee, followed by a short portrait session to celebrate.
This option includes:

• Discreet coordination prior to the proposal
